The mental health support sessions • 2 hours per topic

The Mental Health Support Sessions equip everyday people to better support their family, friends, coworkers, and peers who experience common mental health struggles. Available topics: depression, anxiety, and self-harm.


Supporting People with Anxiety

  • Who is more likely to develop an anxiety disorder.
